22nd Meet Up - December 2015

Had a great time at our 22nd meetup where we got to met Brie,

 and see Donnia's new place (still super cute)!

Also another friend, Daniella, showed up at the end and asked to join!

So we have 2 new excited members joining our ranks in the upcoming months and I am so stoked!  Also, everyone who came got presents :)  (Spoilers:  They were books.)

20th Meet Up - October 2015

Had a smaller turnout for our Halloween themed book club meeting where we discussed "The Reader" by Bernhard Schlink.  We three loved the book and are more than willing to discuss the book again / further at our next meet up in November!

I also hosted a Halloween Party the day of our Meet-Up and met two new people I hope will be joining us in the near future, Brooke and Megan!

 

 

19th Meet Up - September 2015 (Pt. 2)

It was fun to talk through "Hard Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World" with Carole.

I wish we had a bigger turnout to see what you all thought of it, too.

I am glad Courtney wants to start being more actively involved again!

I hope to see a bunch of you at our Halloween themed meet-up in October!

18th Meet Up - September 2015 (Pt. 1)

Even though it was a small turnout I had a good time.

Thank you for hosting us, Donnia, and letting us see your adorable place.

I hope the rest of the group gives "Still Life with Woodpecker a Try" because it was definitely a unique book that was worth reading.

It's looking like our second meet-up this month is gonna be a small turnout, but I hope to see more of you in October.

16th Meet Up - June 2015

I had a great time with you all!  

Kudos to Aly for picking such a fabulous book that we all seemed to live.

And a special thanks to those who were able to bring a little dish to pass.

Can't wait to get together in July, and hopefully go see Paper Towns together, too!

I had a great time getting together with you guys, and meeting Jobie (again).

I love how close our group is and how relaxed we all are with each other!

14th Meet Up - April 2015

I had a great time getting to see Jasmine and Tyler's house for the first time and getting to meet Donnia!  I'm excited to add a new member to our group!

We almost forgot to take a picture at this meet-up and had to make due with propping the camera up on my filing cabinet and hoping for the best.  It was a great meet-up, even if we didn't pay much attention to the movie!

12th Meetup - February 2015

We have officially been a book club for one year!  I am so excited and happy that I started this little group.  We may struggle to get everyone involved every month but we have such a great time no matter how big or small the turnout is.  Here are some pictures from our 12th Meet-up where we discussed the book "Splintered"; an Alice in Wonderland adaptation (thus our costumes).
